Everybody gets angry. We all get hurt or offended or see some injustice happening in our world that provokes us to respond. But resentment is corrosive to the human spirit. And unresolved anger can cause long term damage (both physical and spiritual) to the person holding on to it. So, how do we prevent this damage from occurring?
